*HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE: Please note that due to the holiday rush, postal services are experiencing delays. While most packages are getting delivered in normal timeframes, some are not even being scanned in for up to 10 days. Unfortunately once our packages are picked up we have no control over the speed at which they travel through the postal service, and we are only provided with the information that your tracking number shows via the carrier’s website. Shipping to the USA (Note that due to recent increases in shipping costs, we have had to update our shipping prices accordingly)
Standard Shipping (for orders up to 1LB): $4.99 
Standard Shipping (for orders over 1LB): $9.99 

International Shipping -
Canada: Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and carrier
International shipping outside of Canada has been temporarily paused as we have unfortunately encountered a drastic rise in shipping cost and timeframes. We are sorry for the change and pray that we will be able to open back up to our international customers soon!

*COVID-19 NOTICE: While we are on a consistent schedule, there have, been delays within the USPS, UPS, and DHL systems which are unfortunately out of our control. Please note that once an order has been shipped from our office, we are no longer liable for any delays that may occur.

Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (during holiday sales please allow 3-5 business days for processing, as we are only two people we can only move so fast). If you need your order rushed, please email us at hello@theneutralbabe.com to see if we can accommodate a quicker shipping method.
 

Lost/Stolen Packages

The Neutral Babe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address, we are no longer liable and you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages should be reported as a claim to USPS.

 

Customs/Duty

International customers are responsible for all duty/customs/tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package. We are not responsible for any duty/custom/tax charges you may incur.
